Since winning the Juno for Blues Album of the Yeat "6 String Lover" in 2003 good things just keep happening for Jack de Keyzer. In 2004 Jack was featured on CD's by Chicago's Willie 'Big Eyes' Smith and the Juke Joint Rockers, Montreal's Bob Walsh, Sony's "Red White and Blues" compilation, Texas', harp legend, Sam Myers and London sax man, Chris Murphy. Jack also produced CD's for Montreal's Kevin Mark and Kitchener's Stagg/Robertson and is featured in the new Blue Rodeo 20th anniversary DVD, "In Stereovision". Performing on dozens of music festivals and scores of sold out club dates from coast to coast, The Jack de Keyzer Band also welcomed saxophonist, Chris Murphy to the band in 2004. Jack was honoured at the 2004 Maple Blues Awards for Guitarist, Entertainer and Electric Act of the Year. Victoria's Real Blues honoured Jack with Guitarist of the Year also. 2005 promises to be another great year with shows booked in Mexico and the United States in January and plans to start recording a new CD in February.
